Isamar Jacobo

Isamar Jacobo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food science and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Overhill Farms since May 2023, Isamar previously held the position of Formulation & Compliance Specialist at Wildpack Beverage and contributed as a Food Scientist II and I at King's Hawaiian.
