Vatana Vong

Vatana Vong is a seasoned quality control professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the QC Manager at Overhill Farms since 2017, Vatana Vong oversees and enhances USDA and FDA HACCP plans, acts as the primary liaison for audits, and drives compliance with SQF and FSMA requirements. Previously, as the QA Manager at Farmer Brothers from 2009 to 2016, Vatana Vong focused on delivering metrics and goals, managing quality systems, and training staff on food safety initiatives. Vatana Vong also held the position of QA Supervisor, where responsibilities included reviewing food safety systems and serving as the main contact for regulatory audits. Vatana Vong holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from California State University, Long Beach.
