Leo Perrotta, MBA, CMgr, FCMI has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Leo currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO) at OverIT, a top Field Service Management (FSM) vendor. In these roles, Leo is responsible for boosting revenue generation at a global level and serving as a strategic partner to the CEO.

Prior to their current roles, Leo worked as the Vice President, Global Professional Services at OpenBet, where they led the delivery and growth of Global Engineering Digital Services within the Sportsbook division.

Leo began their career at Siemens as a Network System Tester.

Leo Perrotta, MBA, CMgr, FCMI has a diverse education history. Leo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from both the Chartered Management Institute and Henley Business School. Leo also completed an Executive Training program in Marketing Innovation at UC Irvine. In addition, Leo holds a Master's degree in Business Management from JM Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Università della Calabria. Leo further pursued their academic interests with a Master of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the same university. Leo completed their schooling at Liceo Scientifico.
