Amy Aaselund

Amy Aaselund, MSN, ARNP-CNS, ACNS-BC, is an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse and Clinical Expert in adult health nursing. Currently serving as a Medical Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist at Overlake Hospital since 2017, Aaselund focuses on enhancing quality work and promoting patient safety and improved outcomes through staff and patient education. Previously, Aaselund held the position of Clinical Nurse Specialist at Swedish Medical Center from 2011 to 2016 and contributed to Overlake Hospital's nursing team in various roles from 1997 to 2011, including a significant role in developing processes and leading interdisciplinary committees. Aaselund obtained a Master's of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Health Nursing from Seattle Pacific University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution.
