Caitlin Walker Rn

Caitlin Walker RN, BSN, currently serves as a Patient Safety Consultant at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics since May 2022, focusing on the management of the patient safety program, including safety reporting and culture assessments. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Program Manager at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance from August 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing initiatives to enhance care delivery. Prior experience includes Quality and Patient Safety Program Manager at EvergreenHealth Monroe, and roles in quality management and patient safety at EvergreenHealth, beginning as a Registered Nurse in pediatric care and advancing to Patient Safety Officer and Quality Program Manager. Caitlin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2009.
