Charilyn Andres

Charilyn Andres is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive leadership experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as Nurse Manager for General Surgery and the Center of Bariatric Excellence at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics since December 2020, Charilyn oversees a team of over 60 RNs and PCTs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values. Prior to this role, Charilyn held various leadership positions at Virginia Mason Medical Center, including Assistant Nurse Manager in General Surgery and Acute Care for the Elderly/Medical Telemetry, where key contributions were made to departmental efficiency and patient care supervision. Charilyn began the nursing career as a Staff Registered Nurse at Providence Mount Saint Vincent, providing care in long-term and sub-acute settings. Educationally, Charilyn holds a Master in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Leadership from the University of Washington and has pursued advanced studies in Nursing Administration at the University of Santo Tomas.
