Lisa Morten joined Overlake in 2007, and during her tenure has elevated performance in talent management, employee and labor relations, total compensation, and recruitment strategy. In her role as Chief People Officer, Morten is guiding the strategy and processes related to growing and retaining an exceptional workforce that serves the community. She oversees the Human Resources division and the Overlake Specialty School.
Morten has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, an MBA from Seattle Pacific University, and is a graduate of Leadership Eastside’s Adaptive Leadership Program.
