Tracey Osborne Oltjen began their work experience in 1991 at the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce as Vice President, a role they held until 2000. In 2000, they joined the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce as President, staying in this position until 2004. In 2004, Tracey became President and CEO of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, a position they currently hold.
Tracey Osborne Oltjen attended William Jewell College from 1983 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Communication during that time.
