B. Scott Sadler

B. Scott Sadler, CFA, is the Founder and President of Boardwalk Capital Management, an independent investment advisory firm established in April 2009, which specializes in sustainable and social impact investing. Sadler is also the Director of Investment Strategies at Overlay Capital since June 2022, focusing on innovative investment opportunities in private markets. In addition to ownership of Boardwalk Planning Strategies LLC, previous roles include Managing Director at Altera Investments, Advisory Board Member at the University of North Georgia’s Mike Cottrell College of Business, and past Chairman of the Board for the Green Chamber of the South. Sadler served as a Board Member and CFO for the Technology Association of Georgia and was a Trustee for the Ovie Mughelli Foundation. Prior experience includes a Vice President position at Goldman Sachs, managing investment strategies for high net worth clients. Sadler earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Management, from the University of Virginia.
