Ken Jeanis

Ken Jeanis has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Starting in 2002, they were a Manager Customer Service and Training Manager for Neighborhood Health Partnership. In 2004, they became a Training Manager at Affinion Group. From 2011-2018, they held multiple roles including Training Consultant at William Street Group, Adjunct Professor at Elms College, People Strategy at Vargas Color & Packaging, Senior Recruiter at C.R. HeadHunters, and Sales Director at NearLinx. In 2023, they began their current role as a Growth Consultant at Overpass.

Ken Jeanis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1992. Ken then went on to receive a Masters of Science in Industrial Psychology from Springfield College in 1994. Prior to that, they attended College of Our Lady of the Elms, though they did not obtain a degree. In 2014, they were certified by the IACBE International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education.
