Caroline Strzalka

Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder at Overplay

Caroline Strzalka has a long and varied work experience. Caroline began their career in 2004 as a Strategy Executive Intern at Christie's. Caroline then worked as a Strategy Consultant at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, followed by a Strategy Consultant role at the National Geographic Channel. In 2005, they founded Intellitoys. From 2006 to 2012, Caroline worked at Sesame Workshop in two roles, first as Manager of Retail Strategy and Business Development, then as Director of Business Development, Worldwide Media Distribution. In 2012, they joined Scholastic as Vice President of Digital Content Sales and Global Development. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Executive Vice President of Partnerships at Sandbox & Co. In 2020, Caroline became the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Overplay. Most recently, in 2016, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of It's By U, a company that works to end flower waste through farm-direct floral subscriptions.

Caroline Strzalka completed their MBA from The Wharton School in 2005, with a focus in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management. Caroline obtained their BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000, majoring in Economics and International Relations. Strzalka graduated from Nazareth Academy High School in 1996.
