Davy Leghorn

Davy Leghorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio analysis, government outreach, and veteran services. Currently serving as a Portfolio Analyst in the Office of Equity and Investment Funds at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation since 2021, Davy previously held the position of Associate Director at GCO Consulting Group, focusing on Government and Stakeholder Outreach. In addition to roles at The American Legion, where Davy served as Assistant Director for Veterans Employment and Education and as a National Appeals Representative, significant contributions were made in veteran employment programs at Monster Government Solutions. Davy has a strong military background, having served as a Civil Affairs Specialist in the US Army Reserves and as an Infantryman in the US Army. Davy is educated at Emory University School of Law and James Madison University.
