Varsha Trottman

Varsha Trottman is a legal professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, critical minerals, and structured finance. Since September 2015, Varsha has held multiple positions at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, currently serving as Associate General Counsel. Prior to this role, Varsha was a Senior Associate at Linklaters LLP, specializing in energy and infrastructure as well as global project finance. Earlier experience includes roles as Attorney and Law Clerk at the National Railroad Passenger Corporation/Amtrak and various summer associate positions at Linklaters LLP and Katende, Ssempebwa & Co. Advocates. Varsha holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from California State University, Northridge.
