Ben Elseroad is an experienced professional with a strong background in implementation and customer success strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Implementation and Onboarding Services at Oversight, Ben has previously held roles including Program Manager at Equifax and Director of Customer Success at #ONO. With extensive experience at Benefitfocus, including Manager of Implementation and Senior Delivery Manager, Ben has successfully executed software implementations for Fortune 500 companies. Ben's earlier career includes leadership positions at Aurea Software, ista North America, and entrepreneurial experience as Owner/Director of Carolina Outreach Properties. Ben holds a BFA in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Valdosta State University.
