Noah Horsley

Data Scientist at Oversight

Noah Horsley is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience leading the design and development of machine learning systems and analytics projects. Currently serving at Oversight since October 2022, Noah optimizes model performance and enhances operational transparency. Prior to this role, Noah was with Harmony Analytics from November 2020 to October 2022, where efforts in data consolidation and analytics development contributed to investment profiles for publicly traded companies. Noah's earlier work as a research scientist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service involved studying population dynamics of blackbird populations, resulting in data-driven recommendations for conservation efforts. Additional experience includes a research assistant role at the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies and undergraduate research at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute. Noah holds a Master of Science in Ecology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
