Lynn Petesch

Head of Customer Success at Overstory

Lynn Petesch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their most recent position at Overstory, they serve as the Head of Customer Success, working towards the company's mission of using machine learning to reduce the risk of wildfires and power outages. Prior to that, they were a Fellow at On Deck. Lynn also worked as a freelance consultant for Denominator, contributing to building internal operations and establishing a documentation framework. At Optimove, they held the role of Director of Customer Success, where they managed the US-based team and implemented strategies to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Lynn was also instrumental in setting up the global Customer Success Operation at Arachnys, where they built and managed teams and led retention and upsell efforts. Additionally, they opened Arachnys' NYC office as the Country Manager, responsible for sales, marketing, and customer support. Earlier in their career, Lynn worked as a Diplomatic Trainee at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Luxembourg and as a Public Information Consultant at the World Food Programme.

Lynn Petesch completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Political Science and Government at the University of Nottingham, from 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2010, Lynn pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Relations and Affairs at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
