Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is an experienced real estate development professional with over 30 years in the industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Overton Moore Properties since November 2012. With a background that includes roles such as Vice President of Development and Development Manager, Johnson has extensive expertise in managing sustainable commercial real estate projects, including LEED Certified developments. Prior positions held include Principal at Quantum Development, LLC, and Vice President of Development at Oakmont Industrial Group, where responsibilities involved overseeing all facets of real estate development in Southern California. Prior experience also includes positions at Panattoni Development Company, Insignia/ESG, Carr Construction Corporation, and Bruce Andersen Company, highlighting a strong foundation in project management and construction oversight.
