Hannah MacKay

Hannah MacKay currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Overview Energy, a company focused on delivering continuous energy from orbit to solar projects on the grid. Prior to this role, Hannah held various positions in operations and people management, including Vice President of Performance/HRBP at Blend, and Vice President of Operations at Rebellion Defense, where significant achievements included leading HR due diligence for a $150 million funding round and managing growth from 50 to 300 employees. Hannah's earlier experience includes roles in shipping operations at Hancock Iron Ore, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the shipping portfolio and managing global stakeholders. Hannah holds a BA (hons) in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Canterbury.
