Gaelle Kermorgant

Gaelle Kermorgant is an experienced legal professional specializing in contract negotiation and data privacy. Currently serving as Senior Contract & Data Privacy Counsel at OVHcloud since June 2022, Kermorgant negotiates strategic deals, including datacenter hosting contracts and green energy agreements, and manages commercial disputes. Prior roles include Head of Personal Data Affairs at Asmodee Holding, where Kermorgant developed and implemented data protection policies, and a series of positions as an attorney, including External DPO and compliance advisor.
