Karim Lajbara

Karim Lajbara is an experienced Learning Project Manager at OVHcloud, where responsibilities include contributing to the individual and collective development of employees and gathering training needs for the industry sector. Previously, Karim held the position of Training Designer, creating both e-learning and in-person training modules, and Technicien méthode, focusing on operational procedures, optimizing industrial products, and validating R&D products for industrial production. Prior to joining OVHcloud, Karim worked at MNI as a Quality Control Technician, where responsibilities included geometric and dimensional inspections, surface condition assessments, and client interactions regarding technical specifications for surface coatings. Karim holds a BTS in Productique Mécanique from Gustave Eiffel.
