Richard Cole

Richard Cole has over 24 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Richard currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ovia Health, where they lead the finance team and is responsible for strategic decision support, financial planning, talent acquisition, and business growth. Prior to this, they worked as an Outsource CFO at Surfside Capital Advisors LLC, providing full-suite outsourced CFO solutions and assisting clients with strategic decision-making and growth. Richard also held the position of Vice President at Nuveen, a TIAA company, and State Street Global Advisors, where they led global financial planning and analysis teams, delivered business insights, and implemented financial systems. Richard has a strong background in corporate development, having worked as Vice President at BrightSphere Investment Group, where they managed global corporate development activities. Richard began their career at BNY Mellon, where they served as Vice President and Asset Management Business Unit Controller. Richard holds extensive experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and strategic planning.

Richard Cole received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
