Tobias Kaufhold

Tobias Kaufhold has been working in the business development sector since 2013. Tobias began their career at Deloitte as a Business Development professional and then moved to Detecon Inc. USA in 2015 as a Strategy and Innovation professional. In 2017, they joined OC&C Strategy Consultants as a Consultant and then moved to EY-Parthenon in 2018 as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded Apryl, a fertility benefits platform which helps employers attract and retain top talent while tackling diversity and inclusion.

Tobias Kaufhold completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 2010 and 2014. Tobias then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2017. During their studies, they also took a course in Enterprise Management at Tongji University in 2015.
