Erin Moffatt

Erin Moffatt, P.Eng, serves as an Ambassador and Fellow at the Energy Futures Lab since January 2022, focusing on leading the transition to a sustainable energy system in Alberta. Currently, Erin holds the position of Senior Sourcing Engineer at Ovintiv, while also being the Founder of Poop Heart, a venture that collaborates with CAWST to support access to water, sanitation, and hygiene. Previous roles include Strategic Projects Manager at Ambyint, Business Development Executive at Confined Space Robotics, and various positions at CAWST that focused on international partnerships. Erin's engineering expertise was further developed through roles at Imaginea Energy and Birchcliff Energy Ltd. A graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Erin has also contributed to entrepreneurial initiatives through mentorship programs at ATB Financial and StepUP Coaching Inc.
