Matt Czapski

Matt Czapski is an accomplished professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in corporate planning and reservoir engineering. Currently serving in a Corporate Planning role at Ovintiv since April 2019, Matt previously worked for ConocoPhillips from 2011 to 2019, where significant contributions included the development of reservoir models, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and optimizing well design strategies in the Delaware Basin. Matt also has a strong background in completion engineering, having proposed innovative well designs and managed ground-breaking projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. Prior to ConocoPhillips, Matt worked as a Frac Engineer at FTS International. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
