Zoe Pangallo

Zoe Pangallo is an accomplished Senior Land Negotiator currently working at Ovintiv since June 2016, specializing in mineral land negotiations within the Permian Basin in Howard County, TX. In this full-time position, Zoe develops and negotiates strategic land deals and conducts economic evaluations to support oil and gas operations. Previously, at Encana Corporation from June 2016 to April 2023, Zoe held the position of Land Negotiator, where responsibilities included analyzing, negotiating, and preparing various agreements for drilling operations, along with managing title examination processes. Zoe's career began as a Land Negotiation Intern at Encana from May 2014 to August 2015, where contributions included updating titles and participating in property divestiture agreements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Energy Management and Land Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Professional Spanish, both earned from Colorado Mesa University, as well as an academic experience at Universidad de Murcia in 2014.
