Paulo Louro

Paulo Louro is an experienced professional in supply chain management and business development, currently serving in dual roles as Business Development at Ovinto and Founder & CEO at Celtis Management & Consulting since April 2022. Louro has held various leadership positions at Solvay from 2000 to 2021, including Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager for the Peroxides division, overseeing global operations and transformational projects such as SAP and TMS implementations.
