Kasia Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior People Development & Innovation Manager at Oviva since February 2022, Kasia leads global initiatives aimed at enhancing employee growth and fostering innovation.
