Lauren Hirst

Lauren Hirst is currently the Head of Patient Services at Oviva, where Lauren also holds the titles of Senior Delivery Manager, Senior PPC Team Manager, Patient Pathway Coordinator Team Manager, and Health Coach Team Manager. Prior to their current role, Lauren worked at Leeds Building Society from May 2015 to March 2020, starting as a Service desk representative and advancing to Team Leader and Senior Representative. Lauren also has experience as a Lead Operator at Sodexo from 2013 to 2015.
