Martin Kirchberger

Martin Kirchberger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing and leading healthcare operations and strategies across Europe. Currently serving as Managing Director for Oviva in Switzerland, Martin oversees a team of 150 professionals while managing P&L, clinical delivery, sales, marketing, and operations, focusing on scaling obesity centers and integrating digital AI technology into the Swiss healthcare system. Prior roles include General Manager DACH at Sonova Group, where Martin led the cochlear implant business and achieved significant growth, and various positions at Boston Consulting Group and Phonak, contributing to strategic development and innovation in health technology. Martin holds a PhD from ETH Zürich and has also studied at Tsinghua University in China.
