Irfan Syahrullah Lukum is a Fraud Strategy Manager at Grab since July 2022, specializing in stakeholder management, fraud management practices, and risk mitigation within the payment ecosystem. Currently also serving as the Fraud Policy & Strategy Manager at OVO, Irfan contributes to end-to-end fraud risk management following the merger of Grab and OVO. Prior experience includes roles as Anti Fraud Assistant Manager at Ninja Xpress, focusing on collaboration across departments to prevent operational fraud, and as a Risk Management Specialist at Tokopedia, where efforts included enhancing fraud prevention strategies for digital transactions. Earlier positions featured roles in customer service, public service administration, and inventory management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Public Administrative Science from the University of Brawijaya.
