James Davies

James Davies is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group CFO at OVO since November 2024, James also holds the position of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at British Cycling since March 2022. Prior roles include Group CFO at Monzo Bank, Domestic & General, and Purplebricks Group PLC, as well as CFO of William Hill Online. James has demonstrated financial expertise as Global Finance Director at Kingfisher plc and in strategic finance at UBM plc, following significant experience in M&A at Deutsche Bank. James holds a BSc in Accounting & Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick.
