Liess Baadj

Liess Baadj has extensive experience in the energy and conservation sectors, currently serving as an MHHS Expert and Industry Data SME at OVO since October 2018, focusing on the manual migration of SSE system data to OVO systems. Prior to this, Liess worked as Deputy Manager and Gas Operations Service Advisor at RSPB from September 2015 to October 2018, where the role evolved from membership development to project management within a conservation-driven context. Liess began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at dr-locums from June 2013 to August 2015, honing skills in sales and relationship building. Additionally, experience as a Science Communicator at the National Marine Aquarium from January 2012 to June 2013 involved promoting conservation knowledge and scientific awareness of oceanic ecosystems. Liess holds a degree in Biological Science from the University of Plymouth, earned between 2008 and 2011.
