Mélinda Hobam

Mélinda Hobam has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Mélinda is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at JOIN since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at OVRSEA from September 2021. At OVRSEA, they contributed to simplifying and optimizing international freight management through technology. Before joining OVRSEA, they worked as a Tech Recruiter at Meilleurs Agents from September 2020 to August 2021.

In their previous roles, Mélinda worked at AUTO1 Group as a Talent Acquisition and Campus Manager from August 2019 to July 2020, and as a Chargée de Recrutement et Missions RH from August 2018 to July 2019. Mélinda also gained experience as an Assistante Ressources Humaines at Ministère des Armées from August 2016 to July 2018.
