Jose Alvarez

Jose Alvarez has a wide range of work experience in various leadership roles. Jose first worked at Schlumberger Information Solutions from 1996 to 2003, where they held the positions of VP of BS and VP of Development/Production software. Jose then worked at Schlumberger Technologies from 2001 to 2003 as the Global Deployment Manager/Production Solution. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the VP of Technology at BPZ Energy. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Merrick Systems, Inc. Currently, they hold the positions of CEO and Chief Research Officer (CRO) at OVS Group, which they have held since 2009 and 2017, respectively.

Jose Alvarez attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
