Masaki Isago is Ovvi’s Lead Technical Support Specialist. As one of Ovvi’s most seniored support technicians, Masaki’s strengths lie in his passion for cultivating technological knowledges. As a recent graduate of the University of Houston, Masaki’s role within Ovvi utilizes his software expertise, excellent customer service and training skills. Head of the training, he shapes new technical support specialists into top tier customer service specialist their customers are promised.
