Cody Conlan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as the Rides and Games Manager at OWA Parks & Resort since February 2022, Cody oversees daily operations and implements innovative training methods. As the Founder of Silly Selfies, Cody demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. Previously, Cody held the position of Training Coordinator at Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park, where responsibilities included hiring and training new employees for ride operations and admissions. Additional experience includes roles as Front Desk Supervisor at Clarion Hotel and various positions in customer service and management across different industries. Cody holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design from CollegeAmerica.
