Alesha Watchowski

Alesha Watchowski has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Alesha began their career as an LEAPS Intern at Barton Malow Company in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Assistant Project Engineer at The Christman Company. Following that, they joined Stage Stores as a Sales Associate in 2011. In 2014, Alesha started working at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., where they held several positions, including Assistant Project Manager from 2014 to 2017, Project Manager from 2017 to 2022, and Sr. Project Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co.

Alesha Watchowski attended Ferris State University from 2010 to 2014. Alesha pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management during their time there.
