Ashley Cole

Ashley Cole is an accomplished production leader with extensive experience in manufacturing operations. Currently serving as a Production Front Line Leader at Owens Corning since May 2017, Ashley is responsible for managing assembly line production and supervising a team of over 60 personnel, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. Previously at North American Lighting, Inc., from March 2016 to May 2017, Ashley directed operations for multiple assembly lines. At FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, from July 2013 to March 2016, Ashley held the position of Unit Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing production teams, negotiating with unions, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Ashley began a career in the industry as an intern at FCA in 2011. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a focus on Electrical Engineering and Organizational Leadership from Indiana University Kokomo, earned in 2013.
