Carley Mills

Carley Mills serves as the Corporate HR Leader for Science & Technology at Owens Corning, overseeing HR business partnership for research and development teams across various core businesses since September 2020. Previous roles at Owens Corning include Senior Corporate HR Lead, where strategic HR support was provided to the Legal team and Corporate Affairs, and Corporate HR Lead. Carley participated in the Human Resources Development Program, completing rotations in Corporate Compensation, HR Generalist for the Roofing Business, and HR Lead for the Corporate HR team. Prior experience includes a student worker position at The University of Toledo's Business Career Programs Office, alongside HR internships at Owens Corning and MaritzCX, where significant contributions were made to training programs and recruitment processes. Carley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo.
