Kamesh Baratam

Kamesh Baratam currently serves as the Global IT Leader for Enterprise Applications at Owens Corning, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Kamesh was the Global IT Leader at The Hershey Company from January 2020 to December 2024, where leadership was provided for the S/4 based Digital Transformation program, successfully executing a five-year SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple regions. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of the SAP S/4 HANA Program at Domtar, where a business case for Digital Transformation was built, and as the Director of Global IT Operations at Jeld-Wen, responsible for managing comprehensive IT operations. Kamesh's earlier role as CIO and Global IT Director at Performance Fibers involved overseeing a complex IT landscape with multiple ERP systems. Kamesh holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
