Melaney Goosby, MBA, serves as the Sr. Inclusion & Diversity Lead at Owens Corning since October 2022. Previously, Melaney held a position in Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging at Robinhood, which concluded due to a reduction in workforce. At Rock Central, Melaney led a high-performing team focused on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Programming, achieving a 29% increase in Employee Resource Group membership and enhancing employee engagement scores.
