Nelson Deschamps

Nelson Deschamps has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Systems Lead at Owens Corning since June 2021. Previously, Nelson held various positions at Owens Corning, including roles in the HR Development Program and as an HR Business Partner. Nelson's military experience includes time with the United States Army Reserve, where involvement included project management operations with the 983rd Engineering Battalion FSC from August 2014 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Nelson gained experience as an HRIS Intern at Therma-Tru Doors and as a Human Resources Intern at Libbey Inc. Nelson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Information Systems from The University of Toledo between 2016 and 2021.
