Rachel Brown

Rachel Brown is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, talent success, and employee relations. Currently serving as Sr. HR Lead at Owens Corning since January 2024, Rachel has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Human Resources Manager at Orion Group Holdings, Inc., and Sr. HR Consultant at LyondellBasell and Marathon Petroleum Company, where responsibilities included labor relations, recruitment, and employee investigations.
