Alessandro Mognoni

Alessandro Mognoni is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the People & Culture Partner for Europe at O-I since October 2019, Alessandro has played a pivotal role in establishing the Talent Acquisition desk in Italy and Hungary, while also supporting global EHS functions. Prior roles include Senior HR Specialist at GRENKE Italia, overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding processes, and various HR Specialist positions at aizoOn Technology Consulting, where Alessandro managed talent acquisition projects and recruitment for IT and engineering specialists. Alessandro began their career as a Junior Recruiter at Agos, facilitating the recruitment of financial profiles. Academically, Alessandro holds a Master Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor Degree in Communication and Cultural Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
