Danielle Chandler

Danielle Chandler is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the UK HR Operations Lead and Field HR for the Harlow Plant at O-I since October 2016. In this role, Danielle oversees an outsourced HR Administration team, implements process improvements, and enhances employee engagement through new self-service systems. Previously, Danielle held the position of Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Manager, focusing on global initiatives and recruitment strategies. Prior to O-I, Danielle worked at LighterLife as a Training and Development Manager and Franchise Development Manager, where responsibilities included designing training programs and supporting franchisee growth. Danielle's career also includes roles at Pitney Bowes, where contributions involved HR transformation and learning development, and an earlier role as Office Manager at Status Networking.
