Florence Catérini

Florence Catérini serves as the Legal Director for France and Spain at O-I since May 2018, overseeing all legal matters including contracts, litigation, and intellectual property. Previously, Catérini held various legal positions, such as Senior Legal Counsel at Mylan and GRAVOTECH MARKING, where responsibilities included negotiating agreements and implementing ethical guidelines. Catérini's experience extends to roles at Bayer Crop Science, Laboratoire Aguettant, and Rhodia, providing legal support across diverse sectors. An accomplished legal professional, Catérini also has a certification in Data Protection Officer (DPO) and educational qualifications from the University of Georgia School of Law and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in international business law.
