Gianluca Carpineti

Gianluca Carpineti is an experienced professional in Human Resources and operations management, currently serving as the Italy and Hungary Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations Manager at O-I since November 2016, and previously held the position of Human Resources Plant Manager. Prior experience includes roles in personnel cost control and union relations at Aenova, employee relations and development at Haupt Pharma Latina, and administrative responsibilities at the University of Perugia. Gianluca holds an Executive Master in Amministrazione del Personale e Diritto del Lavoro from GEMA Business School, as well as a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
