Jesse Gooch

Jesse Gooch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational roles, currently serving as the North America Regional Network Leader for Forehearth Services and previously as a Forming Process Specialist with O-I since September 2019. Jesse's responsibilities include providing technical support, managing job change processes, and analyzing machine operations to meet performance goals. Prior to this, Jesse worked as a Plant Engineering Mechanic at UPS, focusing on preventive maintenance and equipment repairs. Jesse's career began at O-I in various operational roles from 2002 to 2018, following a military service of over a decade in the Army National Guard as a Platoon Sergeant and in the United States Marine Corps as a Squad Leader, where responsibilities included training, mentoring, and leading operations.
