John Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. John worked at O-I from 2010 to the present, serving as the VP - Global Accounting where they managed SEC reporting and accounting for a $7B company operating in 23 countries. John also oversaw the management and strategy of defined benefit plans with $3B in assets. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director - Global Accounting at O-I from 2010 to 2015. Before joining O-I, John worked as the Director - European Accounting at O-I from 2007 to 2009 and as the VP Finance & CFO at Delafoil Holdings from 2004 to 2007. John also served as the Controller at Findlay Industries from 2002 to 2004 and worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager, Assurance & Advisory Services from 1994 to 2002.

John Reynolds attended The University of Toledo from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting. In 1996, they obtained a CPA certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Later, in September 2016, John became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, receiving this certification from the CFA Institute.
