Louie Espinosa

Louie Espinosa has extensive experience in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Security at O-I since December 2022, Louie conducts security assessments and investigates complaints of wrongdoing. Previously, Louie served with the City of Toledo Police from December 1990 to March 2022, where roles included patrol officer and undercover work in the Vice/Narcotics section, along with experience as a Field Training Officer. Additionally, Louie was an adjunct professor at Adrian College from January 2015 to May 2018, teaching courses in criminal investigations and homeland security, with high ratings from students. Louie's career began at The University of Toledo as a campus police officer from March 1988 to December 1990. Louie holds an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from Owens Community College and has further education from the University of Phoenix.
